What Affects the Price of Function Room Hire?
Day of the week. Fridays and Saturdays are the most in demand and cost the most. Mid-week and Sunday dates are often cheaper, and our wedding packages are up to £1,500 less mid-week.
Time of year. December is peak season for Christmas parties. Spring and summer weekends fill up with weddings, birthdays and christenings. January to March is usually the quietest period.
How long you need the room. An afternoon christening costs less than a full day and night. Check the start and finish times, plus any charge for a late licence.
Guest numbers. More guests means more food, more drinks and sometimes a bigger room. Per-head catering is usually the biggest cost after the room itself.
Food. Prices range from a grazing board at around £8 per head to a three-course sit-down meal at £45 or more per head.

7 Ways to Save on Function Room Hire
Go for a package. As the example shows, a bundled package can save you more than £1,000 compared with booking each part separately.
