Birthday Venue Hire on the Wirral — Our Packages

We host birthday celebrations of all kinds at The Venue by White — from intimate 18th birthdays to grand 50th milestone parties. Our birthday packages are available on Friday and Saturday evenings from 5pm until 1am, and are designed to give you everything you need at a single fixed price.

Bronze Birthday Package — £1,000

Our entry-level birthday package is perfect for those who want a beautifully dressed space without the extras. Included in the Bronze package is full evening room hire from 5pm until 1am, bespoke centrepieces for all tables, choice of chair dressing and table covers, nightclub-style sound and lighting, post box and doormen. A great foundation that you can build on with our range of add-ons.

Silver Birthday Package — £1,500

The Silver package takes things up a notch with everything in Bronze plus balloon creation with LED light-up numbers, an LED dance floor, and CO2 jets for that nightclub atmosphere. This is our most popular starting point for 18th and 21st birthdays — the balloon creation and LED numbers make a real statement and photograph beautifully.

Gold Birthday Package — £2,000

Our Gold birthday package is the complete experience. On top of everything in Silver, you also get a DJ and disco, a hot and cold buffet for up to 100 guests, a Magic Mirror photobooth, welcome drinks, a welcome sign and doormen. Everything your guests need for an unforgettable night — all included at one price.

All birthday packages run from 5pm until 1am on Fridays and Saturdays. We also offer a range of add-ons including a prosecco wall, confetti cannons, neon signs, throne chairs, candy cart, blossom trees and much more.

Every wedding at The Venue by White includes a dedicated wedding planner who is with you from your very first enquiry right through to your last dance. We also include a complimentary mock-up design session so you can see and approve your styling before the big day.

Twilight Wedding Package — £4,000

Perfect for an evening ceremony, the Twilight package includes full room hire, tables and chairs, bespoke centrepieces, chair styling and table covers, an evening hot and cold buffet for 100 guests, a welcome drink on arrival, a DJ and dance floor, nightclub-style lighting, a welcome sign, post box and doormen. A romantic and stylish way to celebrate your marriage without the full-day commitment.

Silver Day & Night Wedding Package — £4,500

Our Silver package covers your full wedding day from ceremony through to the early hours. Included is a dedicated wedding planner, bespoke centrepieces and top table dressing, roaming food for the day for 80 guests, an evening buffet for 100 guests, welcome drinks, light-up LOVE letters, a Magic Mirror photobooth, evening DJ and dance floor, nightclub-style lighting, welcome sign, post box and doormen.

Gold Day & Night Wedding Package — £6,500

The ultimate wedding experience. The Gold package includes everything in Silver plus a 3-course sit-down wedding breakfast for 70 guests and a feature design of your choice — whether that's a floral arch, a flower wall, 10ft blossom trees or a ceiling installation. This is the package for couples who want their wedding to be completely extraordinary from the first moment to the last.

We host baby showers, gender reveals, christenings, engagements, anniversaries, corporate events and much more — each styled uniquely and delivered to the same high standard.

Our baby shower and gender reveal packages start from just £500 and include room hire, bespoke styling and balloon creation as standard. Our christening packages include a balloon creation with an LED cross, dance floor and candy cart as part of the package. Whatever you're celebrating, we have a package designed for it.
